DealSunrise ("we", "us") is a PublicRecordData brand. This policy explains what we collect on dealsunrise.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Email address and birth year, when you sign up for daily deals.
- Theme preference, stored only in your browser's localStorage (not sent to us).
- Basic server logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) kept by our hosting provider, Cloudflare, for security and reliability.
How we use it
- To send the daily deals email you asked for.
- To confirm you are 18 or older and to tailor deals and design to your age group.
- To prevent spam, abuse, and duplicate signups.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it except with service providers that help us run the site and send email, or when required by law.
Commission links
Some links may earn us a commission. When you click one, the retailer or its partner may set cookies to credit us for a sale. Their own privacy policies apply to that.
Cookies
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies on this site. Retailer sites you visit through our links may use their own.
Retention
We keep your signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, then remove it within 30 days.
Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in it. To access, correct, or delete your data, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California, under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have more rights; we will honor them.
Children
DealSunrise is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
Data is stored with Cloudflare and sent over HTTPS. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
